PictureTyndale House library, Cambridge. One of the only three specialist libraries in biblical studies in the world.
Doing research is far more than just getting the books, hunting down the journals or accessing online databases. We need to know where to look for those resources. While google is a powerful search engine, it also gives us a lot of junk that can be found in the internet. In adiditon, wikipedia should never be our first port of call in research.

So where do we start or where do we go looking for reliable resources online that is of real academic worth that you know you could cite in your papers with confidence and won't get penalised or red-inked?

Unfortunately, as a developing country and a seminary operating with limited budget and resources, we do not have the privilege like those doing their research in the West. We need to look beyond the library of the seminary in hunting down relevant materials for our research, papers, and thesis.

In the following pages, I have attempted to list some of the excellent resources available online. Check them out. You might just find what you need! So check back often as I continuously develop this section.
