On Pentecost Sunday, Prof N.T. Wright's course, Paul and His Epistle to the Romans: Part One, is launched. Currently, there is an early bird discounted tuition rate of US$40 available for the next 7 days. This course covers Romans 1-5 including the introductory lectures on Paul's Letter to the Romans. There are a total of 38 lectures totalling more than 6 hours of content. I would highly recommend this course to those who wish to study Paul's Letter to the Romans in greater depth. Part Two and Three of the course will be launched later.
Personally, I do not agree with all the views of Wright (and I think Wright has been under a lot of unfair criticisms and ungracious attacks in recent years by evangelicals - and I think there is a better way of expressing disagreement, but that's another topic for another day), there is much we could still learn from him. After listening to the two introductory lectures, I have also learned something, even though I have been teaching Romans for a number of years.
